BIM Lead

BIM Lead responsible for setting up and assisting in the development of the BIM environment on the project, enabling design reviews and BIM compliance of models and drawings. Responsibilities include setup and maintenance of BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, model coordination and design collaboration, interface management, drawing and schedule development, data integration, and supporting the development of BIM Execution Plans. Key duties include developing the project BIM strategy and BEPs, validating libraries and templates, maintaining BIM model data quality, configuring the Common Data Environment and model federation, enabling data-driven deliverables, creating BIM workflows for stakeholders and subcontractors, training delivery teams in BIM processes, assessing BEP implementation and BIM maturity, monitoring deliverables for compliance with information delivery plans and standards, serving as a liaison between IT, GIS, and BIM users, and conducting BIM coordination meetings. Educational and experience requirements specify a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computers or related science with 6+ years’ experience (or 10+ years in lieu of degree), plus a minimum of 4+ years as a BIM professional. Proficiency with Autodesk tools (Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks) and strong collaboration and communication skills are required.
