BIM Expert(3D/4D/5D)

Job Summary
Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for infrastructure and building projects while integrating schedules for 4D simulations and performing 5D cost integration for quantity-based analysis. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and consultants to conduct clash detection, model coordination reviews, and generate construction sequencing reports. Ensure compliance with BIM standards and workflows while supporting project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder reporting. Lead BIM implementation efforts for infrastructure and building projects. Requires B.E./B.Tech in Civil, B.Arch, M.Tech, M.E, or M.Arch with 8+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in 4D scheduling and 5D cost integration.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil, B.Arch, M.Tech, M.E, or M.Arch from a recognized university/institution
- Minimum 8 years of total professional experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in 4D scheduling and 5D cost integration
- Proven experience in infrastructure or building projects
- Strong knowledge of BIM coordination processes and project delivery workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
