Job Summary
BIM Engineer to support the coordination and delivery of MEP designs on a long-term project in Spata, Attica. Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for the MEP systems; perform clash detection and coordinate resolution of design conflicts across disciplines; collaborate with design consultants, supervision teams, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to integrate designs; produce and maintain drawings, schedules, quantities, and other project deliverables through BIM processes; ensure compliance with project BIM standards, client requirements, and industry best practices; support project teams in BIM coordination, model reviews, and digital project delivery activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in BIM modeling and/or BIM coordination, with a focus on MEP projects
- Experience in Autodesk Revit MEP
- Experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model coordination (asset)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams
