Job Summary
Develop and execute BIM execution plans to manage information flow across construction projects. Coordinate digital processes for design and construction while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to BIM standards and protocols. Support the design and construction teams through BIM deliverables, preparing drawings, reports, and quantity take-offs from models. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design clashes and optimize models. Requires a degree in civil, architectural, or mechanical engineering with at least five years of experience in complex projects, proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage, and strong English language skills.
Required Qualifications
- Πτυχίο σε Πολιτικό Μηχανικό, Αρχιτέκτονα Μηχανικό, Μηχανολόγο Μηχανικό ή συναφές αντικείμενο
- 5 έτη κατ' ελάχιστον εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε σύνθετα έργα
- Άριστη γνώση χρήσης λογισμικού BIM, όπως το Autodesk Revit και το Navisworks Manage
- Καλή γνώση BIM coordination workflows
- Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
Desired Qualifications
- Κατανόηση BIM standards (ISO 19650 επιθυμητό)
