Job Summary
BIM Engineer responsible for creating and developing BIM execution plans to manage information flows on construction projects; coordinates digital processes related to design and construction, ensures accuracy of digital information; enforces BIM standards and protocols for all stakeholders; supports design and site teams with BIM deliverables; prepares drawings, generates reports, and exports quantity take-offs from models; collaborates with architects, mechanical engineers, civil engineers, and contractors; resolves design conflicts and optimizes models; requires a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience; proficient in BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage) and BIM coordination workflows; knowledge of ISO 19650 is desirable; strong organizational skills, adaptability, continuous development mindset, and ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams; company offers career growth within a strong group and life & health insurance program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role on complex projects
- Excellent knowledge of BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage
- Good knowledge of BIM coordination workflows
- Understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650 desirable)
- Very good command of English (verbal and written)
