BIM Engineer - Bridges & Structures

Job Summary
BIM Engineer to design and deliver 3D/2D BIM models for bridges, tunnels, and civil structures using Revit; coordinate model interfaces with designers and engineers; conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs; prepare BIM package submissions and drawings aligned with project LOD and BIM standards; develop and extract 2D geometry from models for internal reviews; ensure delivery of Project Information Models per TIDP, MIDP, and CDE protocols; maintain Revit libraries and generate families; collaborate with the lead technical engineer to ensure timely deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience with 4-5 years Revit experience
- Proficient in CAD design 2D/3D (AutoCAD and Revit)
- Ability to set up new Revit project files
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Produce Revit Families according to project requirements
- Maintain standards and library of Revit families/objects
- Run clash detection in Revit
- Strong computer skills; experience producing working drawings in Revit
- Expert knowledge of Revit including parametric, BOM, assemblies, etc.
- Advanced Revit skills: federated model, Revit Links, Worksets, shared coordinates
- Proficient in BIM Authoring, Scripting, Design Review, Coordination, Simulations and Collaboration Platforms
- Essentials-Non Negotiable: Revit Structure, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Navisworks, ACC, Revizto & AutoCAD
- Preferable: ProjectWise, Synchro, Bluebeam Studio, Autodesk Inventor, Sketchup, 3D Max
