Job Summary
BIM Developer responsible for developing and maintaining BIM applications using the Revit and Navisworks APIs, building dynamic web interfaces with React.js, and creating backend services with ASP.NET. Will work with MANET 3D BIM models to enable real-time BIM visualization and data interaction, optimize 3D model performance, and collaborate with architecture, engineering, and construction teams to streamline workflows. Responsibilities include writing clean, well-documented code, participating in peer reviews, and contributing to R&D initiatives to pilot new BIM technologies and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of professional experience in BIM development or software engineering
- Strong knowledge of Revit and experience using the Revit API
- Experience with the Navisworks API
- Proficiency in React.js for building modern web applications
- Solid experience with ASP.NET for backend/API development
- Strong understanding of geometry processing and 3D model structures
- Familiarity with MANET 3D BIM models or similar BIM visualization platforms
- Team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills
