Job Summary
Create detailed Revit models for HVAC, piping, sheet metal, and plumbing systems across commercial and industrial projects; coordinate models with other trades and project stakeholders in multi-discipline BIM environments; prepare fabrication-ready drawings and shop layouts for the fabrication team; interface with the fabrication shop using Stratus or similar fabrication integration tools; support clash detection and coordination efforts across project teams; attend and contribute to BIM coordination meetings with project managers and trade partners; assist project teams with design reviews and constructability assessments; generate shop fabrication documents for sheet metal and mechanical systems.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit is required
- 2+ years of BIM/VDC or mechanical detailing experience in construction
