Job Summary
Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, and associated components. Coordinate electrical designs with mechanical and plumbing systems to ensure seamless interdisciplinary integration and minimize design conflicts. Prepare accurate construction documents, shop drawings, and technical specifications in alignment with project standards and client requirements. Perform clash detection and resolution using BIM software to identify and resolve potential issues prior to construction. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to interpret project needs and deliver technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all electrical designs adhere to applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards; conduct regular reviews and updates to models and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- ITI/NCTVT certification in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing drafting with relevant hands-on experience
- 2–5 years of professional experience in electrical design

- MEP coordination
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks)
