Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and coordinate structural Revit models and associated BIM deliverables for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, and industrial facilities. Prepare and revise preliminary and detailed design drawings while supporting project engineers, and assist with conceptual layouts, quantity take-offs, and cost opinions. Collaborate effectively with engineers, project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution, and participate in QA/QC reviews to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and design standards. Support project planning, workload management, and timely delivery of milestones within schedule and budget expectations. Requires 4+ years of experience and proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Design Technology, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field
- 4 years of experience developing architectural, structural, and/or mechanical drawings and models for buildings, industrial facilities, or water/wastewater treatment projects
- Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit, 3D modeling, and BIM workflows
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teams while managing multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and the development of detailed 3D structural models and construction documentation
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and other BIM technologies used for infrastructure and building design projects
- Experience working in a BIM environment, including model coordination and collaboration across multiple design disciplines
- Strong 3D drafting and modeling skills, with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality design deliverables
