Job Summary
Lead BIM coordination across Building Services projects, managing Revit and federated models while driving standards and workflows. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve design clashes during design development and documentation phases. Mentor junior and moderate BIM technicians to guide their growth and contribute to continuous improvement of digital engineering capabilities. This senior-level role involves influencing BIM delivery across multidisciplinary projects from concept through construction. You will work on high-profile, technically complex projects within a supportive, high-performing team that collaborates closely with engineers and designers. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator within Building Services consultancy
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Strong proficiency in Navisworks or similar coordination tools
- Solid understanding of BIM processes, standards, and delivery across project lifecycles
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models on complex projects
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work closely with engineers and designers
- Proactive mindset
- Confidence to lead and influence outcomes
