BIM Coordinator

Contribute to the development of the BIM Execution Plan, guides, and protocols during the design phase. Coordinate and monitor BIM deliverables across design partners and subcontractors while overseeing correct use of information workflows within the Common Data Environment. Perform visual and automated clash detection, manage design conflicts through issue tracking and BCF workflows, and review 3D models to ensure quality and consistency. Develop and maintain BIM object libraries, support model updates during construction, and perform quantity take-offs for scheduling and trade coordination. Deliver BIM navigation and workflow training, produce CAD drawings, and assist in producing As-Built models. Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline required. Experience in large-scale construction projects, ideally within transportation or rail sectors. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Civil 3D, Synchro, and Power BI is required; knowledge of scripting languages is a plus. Competitive salary and benefits package available.
