Job Summary
As a BIM Coordinator at NORR, you will collaborate with project teams and the Design Technology team to implement BIM execution plans and standards. You will oversee clash detection, conduct model audits, manage model health, and ensure tasks such as model exchange are completed on schedule. Key required skills include experience in BIM modelling, proficiency with Revit, and knowledge of BIM processes. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture or specialized BIM certification is required, along with 4-7 years of relevant work experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in BIM modelling, drafting and coordination
- Working knowledge of Revit for architectural design
- Have successfully completed post-secondary education in Engineering, Architecture, or specialized BIM certifications
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of BIM processes; understanding of common building components and assembly
- Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro is an asset
- CANBIM certification is an asset
