Job Summary
Review CAD and BIM models provided by contractors to identify clashes and conflicts, then chair workshops to resolve issues with all parties. Prepare text and graphic reports on engineering design aspects including site design, streetscape, and lighting, while making presentations and advising on design elements. Review contractor proposals, prepare technical scopes of work for design engineers, and perform assigned tasks related to the project. Submit progress reports relating to the BIM scope of work against the contract schedule. This role supports a major public realm development in Diriyah featuring iconic parks and extensive streetscape.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field)
- 8+ years of related work experience
- Potential to perform in a lead capacity
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Familiarity of industry practices and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of current technology
- Ability to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on project
