Job Summary
BIM Coordinator at Mi-Tech Services leads BIM/VDC execution on large, complex construction projects with a focus on a major data center initiative. The role acts as both technical lead and project coordinator, managing models, driving coordination across internal teams and external partners, establishing BIM standards, mentoring team members, and advancing in-house BIM capabilities. Requires 8–10+ years of BIM/VDC experience, proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Inventor, and related software, and a demonstrated ability to manage large projects and lead teams. Initial on-site assignment with multi-location collaboration and travel to support project-based work.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of BIM/VDC experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Willingness to travel and support project-based assignments
- Experience supporting data center construction projects (preferred)
