Job Summary
BIM Coordinator to streamline fast-paced data centre projects. Responsibilities include setting up project models, providing technical Revit support, developing BIM execution plans, ensuring BIM requirements and standards are met, optimizing workflows, auditing and cleaning models, creating/fixing Revit families, populating asset data, delivering training, and developing Revit templates and libraries. Requires architectural/engineering background, 5+ years with Revit on large-scale projects, strong BIM methodology knowledge, and mastery of Revit and ACC/Forma; skills in Navisworks/Revizto/IFC, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and BIM documentation. Hybrid Melbourne, Australia office with a mix of on-site and remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Architectural or engineering background
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale project delivery with Revit
- Strong knowledge of building design and construction
- Strong knowledge of the BIM methodology
- Mastery of Autodesk Revit and ACC/Forma
- Ability to document BIM processes and explain them in simple terms
