Job Summary
BIM Coordinator III (Mid Level) to support BIM/VDC project execution across active projects. Proactively establish BIM/VDC workflows and standards, lead or support clash detection and model coordination, track progress and provide updates to teams, and assist with model-based workflows during construction and turnover. Responsibilities include developing BIM Execution Plans, coordinating with consultants/contractors/internal teams, onboarding/training project staff on BIM tools, and improving workflows and tools. Requires 5-8+ years in BIM/VDC, proficiency with Revit/Navisworks/ACC, and strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include BIM/VDC certifications and experience with complex project types (Design-Build, life sciences, industrial) with familiarity in Dynamo or automation tools; willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 - 8+ years of experience in BIM/VDC, coordination, or related roles
- Strong proficiency with BIM/VDC tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, ACC)
- Experience with model coordination, clash detection, and issue tracking workflows
- Ability to interpret models and data to support coordination and project decisions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
