Job Summary
Coordinate BIM models and oversee clash detection and model health across multidisciplinary design teams. Develop and maintain model content libraries, ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and standards, perform model auditing, data checks, and coordination tasks, lead coordination meetings, assist in virtually constructing 3D models with project teams, troubleshoot model issues, automate manual tasks, and support the Design Technology team in implementing new BIM technologies and training team members.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Architecture, or specialized BIM certifications
- 4-7 years of work experience
- Experience in BIM modelling, drafting and coordination
- Working knowledge of Revit for architectural design
- Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro is an asset
- Knowledge of BIM processes and understanding of building components and assembly
