BIM Coordinator

Serve as the on-site BIM coordinator and technical BIM advisor, supporting BIM setup, standards development, coordination processes, and cross-functional collaboration across the project team. Lead Navisworks workflows, manage model families, perform clash detection and reporting, and ensure accurate construction geometry and clear communication across field crews and stakeholders. Facilitate coordination with clients, design staff, builders, consultants, and subcontractors; leverage tools like Newforma Konekt, Procore, and Bluebeam to support collaboration, issue tracking, and project coordination. Maintain and archive BIM models through the project lifecycle and contribute to data exchange standards for scheduling, quantity take-off, and estimating. Applicants should have 4-7 years of relevant experience in the AEC industry, a High School diploma or GED, and preferred associate or bachelor’s degrees in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related fields. This is a fully on-site role based in Tempe, AZ.
