Job Summary
BIM Coordinator to join our North America team in Oakland or San Diego on a hybrid, regular full-time basis. You will coordinate BIM information across disciplines, deliver project BIM models, maintain project standards on deliverables, mentor BIM team members, and guide BIM processes using Navisworks, BIM 360, and Trimble Connect. You will liaise with project teams and consultants to review BIM models and implement necessary amendments, contributing to civil infrastructure or rail projects. The role requires collaborating with colleagues and customers, applying engineering coordination skills in a BIM environment, and ensuring successful project delivery through effective communication, initiative, and organization.
Required Qualifications
- Have a degree in a relevant technical subject including elements of modelling
- 5+ years of experience using Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and other Autodesk package and producing Clash Reports
- Advanced 3D CAD/BIM modelling experience, particularly in the design of civil engineering, infrastructure, or rail projects
- Experience with implementing BIM Protocol and Execution Plan for a given project
