BIM Coordinator - Digital (Data Centers)

Job Summary
Execute BIM implementation strategies on complex international projects, manage Common Data Environments permissions, and lead multi-discipline coordination workflows including clash detection and federated model creation. Produce 4D construction simulations, integrate point clouds for scan-to-BIM, and support smart object metadata coordination with asset databases. Provide advanced technical guidance on 3D modeling using Autodesk or Bentley suites, create parametric families and templates, and drive consistency in standards across global teams in Spain, Poland, India, and other regions. Requires a degree in architecture or engineering, 2+ years of BIM coordination experience, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Design Technology or Construction Technology, or a related discipline project execution or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience
- 2+ years of industry experience in the BIM Coordinator and Digital Delivery field
- Demonstrate a portfolio of building projects working as BIM Coordinator
- Experience executing multi-discipline coordination, clash detection and issue management
- Advanced user of any of the following: Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, and ACC/Forma Model Coordination
- Experience working with the ISO19650 framework and implementing required documentation in a project environment
- Advanced knowledge and experience resolving model issues and conflicts in BIM Authoring software
- Technical design and construction delivery knowledge for Buildings disciplines
- Experience working with Common Data Environments such as Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bentley ProjectWise
- International experience working with global project teams
