Job Summary
Execute BIM implementation strategies, manage Common Data Environments, and lead multi-discipline coordination workflows including clash detection and federated model creation. Provide technical guidance on Autodesk and Bentley platforms, produce 4D construction simulations, and integrate point clouds into project datasets. Support smart object metadata coordination, create parametric families and templates, and maintain content management repositories while driving BIM standards consistency across global teams. Fluent in English with a degree in architecture or civil engineering, this role requires 2+ years of experience in digital delivery and ISO19650 framework implementation. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Design Technology or Construction Technology, or a related discipline project execution or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience
- 2+ years of industry experience in the BIM Coordinator and Digital Delivery field
- Demonstrate a portfolio of building projects working as BIM Coordinator
- Experience executing multi-discipline coordination, clash detection and issue management
- Advanced user of any of the following: Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, and ACC/Forma Model Coordination
- Experience working with the ISO19650 framework and implementing required documentation in a project environment
- Advanced knowledge and experience resolving model issues and conflicts in BIM Authoring software
- Technical design and construction delivery knowledge for Buildings disciplines
- Experience working with Common Data Environments such as Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bentley ProjectWise
- International experience working with global project teams
- Fluent in English (oral and written)

- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
