Job Summary
BIM Coordinator for CMTA/Legence offices in New York City and Los Angeles; responsible for setting up MEP Revit models per AMA/CMTA standards, updating consultant models, providing technical support and mentoring to project teams, developing BIM automation tools, communicating changes in procedures, auditing Revit models/families, creating discipline-specific BIM content, and coordinating with Project Managers to meet deadlines. Requires Revit proficiency, Revit families/parameters/schedules, BIM 360/Construction Cloud/Design Collaboration, Navisworks coordination, and strong detail orientation; Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline; 1 year Revit experience; proficient with Bluebeam Revu and Adobe PDF.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline
- minimum 1 year of experience in Revit project setups and updates
- Understanding of Revit families, Parameters, Schedules, and Systems
- Detailed understanding of Autodesk BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud/Design Collaboration
- Understanding of Clash Detection in Navisworks and Autodesk BIM Model Coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam Revu and Adobe PDF
- Proven ability to work in a deadline driven environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently while managing multiple projects
