Job Summary
BIM Coordinator for luxury residential projects in Manhattan responsible for managing and coordinating BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD, developing fully coordinated models across architectural, structural, MEP, millwork, and specialty trades, identifying clashes and constructability issues prior to fabrication, coordinating with architects, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and in-house teams to ensure model accuracy, and producing shop drawings and installation drawings while maintaining as-built drawings and closeout packages.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience coordinating BIM models for luxury residential construction projects in Manhattan
- Familiarity with working within occupied co-ops, condominiums, and landmark properties
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, millwork coordination, MEP systems, and high-end interior finishes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to collaborate across multiple trades and stakeholders
- In-office position in Manhattan with coordination of BIM models and shop drawings
