BIM coordinator

Job Summary
Lead BIM coordination across architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines; manage BIM project setups, enforce modelling standards, and coordinate across teams. Run regular clash detection tests with Navisworks, generate coordination reports, and lead resolution meetings with engineering teams. Audit models to ensure compliance with BIM protocols, data integrity, and drafting accuracy. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and onboarding for project teams utilizing BIM software. Develop and maintain a standardized library of Revit families and parametric components.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or advanced modeling within the AEC industry
- Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Deep understanding of multi-disciplinary MEP, structural, and architectural spatial coordination
- Education: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical experience
- Strong leadership abilities, clear communication, and excellent problem-solving skills
