Job Summary
Coordinate BIM Execution Plans and federate aspect models for clash detection and coordination across MEPF projects. Verify geometry and information quality against ARCADIS and international standards while generating graphical and alphanumerical outputs. Initiate models, guide BIM modellers, and monitor workflow optimization to detect process improvements. Analyze client needs regarding BIM scope and contractual terms, then coach colleagues on effective project approaches. Actively evaluate and implement new BIM tooling to promote digital communities within the Global Excellence Centre.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and Building Services or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the MEP field
- Good knowledge of Revit including family creation, modeling, parameters, scheduling, etc.
- Good knowledge of Navisworks Manager, IFC viewer software's, etc.
- Good knowledge of CDE platforms, especially ACC and BIM360
- Good understanding of BIM ISO 19650
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
- Basic understanding of architecture and structure
Desired Qualifications
- Eager to learn new capabilities and skills (automation and digitalization)
- Knowledge of other software used in the industry and how they interact
- Good knowledge of Dynamo
- Knowledge for BimTrack, Solibri or other software used in model review
- Basic French Language knowledge
