Job Summary
Coordinate BIM activities and communicate regularly with the BIM Manager, providing project status updates. Manage clash detection, coordination tasks, and federated models using Navisworks and ACC. Produce, release, and request packages while ensuring workflows comply with BIM Standards, Execution Plans, and ISO 19650. Support architects and engineers in effective software usage, perform QA/QC checks on models and drawings, and mentor BIM Modelers with technical guidance. This Intermediate BIM Coordinator role is part of Arcadis' Global Excellence Centre, supporting clients across India, Romania, and the Philippines. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering, possess proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and have at least three years of experience in BIM production and document review processes.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate BIM Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent BIM-related technical qualification
- Proficient with Autodesk BIM software Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks
- At least 3 years of experience working in BIM-related jobs and production role
- Experience working with BIM Document Review (BEP, Comp Catalogue, LOD), understanding roles and responsibilities, document management processes and standards(naming conventions, shared parameters, asset attributes list, transmittal record, etc.)
- Experience managing BIM models for quality control and review processes, creating and using templates and object libraries
- Strong communication, collaboration and time management skills, with good command of English
