Job Summary
Coordinate BIM execution plans and workflows to ensure project deliverables meet client standards. Produce detailed 3D models, create modelling content, and setup Revit families and templates. Enforce standards within the Common Data Environment, manage clash detections using Navisworks, and carry out conformity checks on Revit models. Liaise with commercial teams, design teams, and sub-contractors to agree objectives and monitor plan implementation. This role reports to the BIM Manager within Flynn's Dublin operations, supporting high-profile projects in critical environments like data centres and life sciences.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Building Information Modelling (Level 7/8) or a related Engineering / Architecture Undergraduate Degree (Level 7/8)
- 2+ years' experience working in a related field
- Excellent knowledge in Revit Architecture
- Some knowledge of MEP and Structures
- Knowledge of ISO 19650
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Some understanding of BIM procedures, protocols and data management software tools
- A good understanding of construction and the sequencing of works onsite
- Self-starter
- Excellent communications skills
- Exercises good judgment when working under pressure

Desired Qualifications

- Understanding of Dynamo
- Main contractor experience in build/fit out
