BIM Architecture Team Leader

Job Summary
Lead and manage the BIM Architectural team across multiple large-scale and mega projects, ensuring compliance with internal BIM standards, project codes, and requirements. Develop, review, and approve architectural BIM models across Concept to IFC stages; oversee architectural, blockwork, floor finishes, wall finishes, RCP, staircase, and layout packages; lead and review Fit-Out and ID packages; manage Dry Wall Partition systems; coordinate BIM models with Structural, MEP, and Infrastructure teams; drive clash detection processes and follow up on technical solutions; review and approve shop drawings, BIM models, and as-built models; ensure accurate BIM documentation, model naming, and data integrity; provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation for BIM Architects and Modelers; coordinate with designers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives; support BIM execution plans and strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field
- 10 –10+ years of experience in Architectural BIM
- Hands-on experience with mega and large-scale projects
- Proficiency in Revit (Architecture) and BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks)
- Strong understanding of LOD requirements, BIM workflows, and coordination processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
