Job Summary
BIM Architectural Designer in Nashville, TN (in-office role; Birmingham candidates welcome) focusing on creating accurate, code-compliant residential plans using HighArc and legacy Revit models. Draft and maintain plans, options, elevations, and details; ensure constructability and adherence to IRC/IBC; review redlines and field feedback; support new plan development and drafting standard improvements. Requires 2–3+ years residential CAD/BIM drafting, strong knowledge of residential construction & framing, Revit, and IRC code understanding. Preferred HighArc experience or willingness to train; Bluebeam, Autodesk Vault, or EWP layout experience.
