Requires documented relevant education and experience as a vehicle mechanic, along with good administrative skills and computer proficiency. Must hold at least a B driving license and demonstrate strong communication abilities and customer service orientation. Flexible, structured, and capable of working under time pressure. Full-time position with a six-month probation period followed by permanent employment and individual salary setting. Selection and interviews occur continuously.
