Job Summary
Independent licensed therapists needed to provide diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and treatment planning in SNF/LTC facilities in Montana. Responsibilities include in-person sessions, collaborating with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff; documenting remotely in our EMR (Athena I); and complying with agency policies. Qualifications include a Master’s degree and Montana licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPC), NPI, and Medicaid/Medicare credentialing is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Montana licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- NPI (National Provider Identifier)
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
- TB Test
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to provide in-person services at SNF/LTC facilities in Montana
