Job Summary
Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with third-party payer requirements while managing billing for top accounts. Mentor staff through training and guidance, oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient task completion, and assist with billing discrepancies, claim denials, and corrections to maintain high clean-claims rates. Coordinate with internal teams to standardize practices, monitor performance, suggest workflow improvements, and escalate complex issues to the Billing Manager. This role supports the Billing team in resolving escalated issues and driving process improvements within Paradigm's home care automation solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team, mentoring staff, or taking initiative in a senior billing role
- Minimum 2 years of experience with medical billing, claim submission, and working with third-party payers
- Ability to analyze billing data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or other related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
