Job Summary
Billing Team Lead responsible for end-to-end Billing processes and supervising a high-performance team (10-15 FTE) within O2C, including invoicing, credit-note cancellations, and ensuring timely, accurate client billing and adherence to SLAs. Drives policy changes, process improvements, and ERP optimization (Oracle/SAP), collaborates with offshore/onshore teams, prepares weekly/monthly revenue reports, and supports month-end/year-end close. Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or business, 10-14 years in Billing/AR/OC, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; emphasizes leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting or any Business-related course
- 10 to 14 years of relevant professional experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash
- Experience managing a team not less than 10 FTE
- Excellent communications skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe applications
- Experience working with ERP, i.e. Oracle Systems or SAP is preferred
- Experience working in Shared Services or BPO is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with varied audiences and customers
