Job Summary
Billing Support Specialist responsible for end-to-end invoice creation, master file maintenance, data quality assurance, discrepancy resolution, and customer inquiries. Works cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to ensure accurate, timely billing, supports month-end close, and helps maintain long-term customer relationships. Requires solid accounting knowledge, strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to operate in a remote-first, U.S.-wide environment with occasional in-person offsites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in billing or a similar finance role
- Experience working in Multifamily or Proptech space preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize workload
- Work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay flexible through growth and change
