Job Summary
Billing Support Rep will be the day-to-day first line of contact for vendors, staff, clients, patients and guests, handling phone calls in addition to day-to-day office responsibilities to support the RCM billing team. Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, faxes, mail distribution, supporting remote staff schedules, printing and mailing Epic-generated letters, processing mail and lockbox exceptions, scanning vendor invoices, aiding accounts payable, claim run support, and other billing-related tasks. Must maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, understand Revenue Cycle Management and US healthcare billing, multitask effectively, learn billing software (Epic), and maintain professional relationships. Office located in Denver, CO; standard Monday–Friday hours.
