Billing Support Analyst (Callmax)

Job Summary
Billing Support Analyst handles billing inquiries between clients and Finance, pulls and distributes invoices and account statements, responds to invoice questions, and escalates complex issues. Manages website pop-ups and mass communications for past due accounts and supports the Implementation Team. Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, ability to work across client-facing and operational tasks, follow processes, and escalate appropriately. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, with elevated Excel knowledge; NetSuite and Versa Pay experience is highly preferred. Hybrid work arrangement (2 days WFH) with a prime office location in Ortigas and employee benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Billing experience or equivalent
- Experience with invoice processing and client inquiries
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience with NetSuite and Versa Pay highly preferred

- Comfortable working across client-facing and operational/system-based tasks
- Flexible, self-directed worker with the ability to follow processes and escalate appropriately
