Job Summary
Monitor department workflows, track key performance indicators against benchmarks, and manage daily operations for billing associates across paper and electronic functions. Oversee time and attendance, approve timecards for payroll, conduct quality assurance reviews, and lead huddles to address trending issues and evolving training focuses. Empower staff to develop process improvements, set priorities, and ensure accurate claims submissions while collaborating with Patient Access, Coding, and Denials teams. Manage annual evaluations, provide associate education, and drive initiatives to improve revenue, accelerate cash, and reduce denials. Requires 1–3 years of billing experience, advanced Excel skills, and demonstrated proficiency with AI tools for team management. This remote role includes occasional travel to client or corporate offices.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 Years
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management and Billing
- Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI
- Willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require

- Excel knowledge is preferred
