BILLING SR ANALYST GBS FSSC

Oversee the billing process, including invoice generation, account reconciliation, and review of billing data. Review and manage large datasets to ensure customer billing accuracy. Establish and/or maintain contracts, billing rules, and transactions. Investigate and resolve complex billing issues and errors within billing operations. Collaborate with cross-functional peers and the Accounts Receivable team to manage customer receipts, disputes, and escalations. Assist in training and development of other Billing Analysts. Monitor accounts receivable and related transactions while overseeing the company's revenue intake processes. Analyze billing procedures to identify improvement opportunities and prepare analytical reports for supervisors. Participate in monthly and quarterly audits and data clean-up activities.
