Job Summary
Manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and emails to resolve inquiries regarding product, order status, and billing. Maintain accurate, timely billing for all customers while tracking and paying supplemental/rebate programs with key suppliers. Ensure quotes and orders are entered promptly, checking product availability and communicating estimated arrival times when stock is low. Provide reports and proof of delivery documents to sales support as required. Requires minimum two years of customer service experience, an associate degree or related work experience, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a customer service environment
- Associate degree or related work experience
- Strong level of general business knowledge
- Computer operating skills in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a professional manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish relationships and build credibility with customers
