Billing Specialist

Manage project financial functions within the accounting database by setting up project information, verifying rate schedules, and generating finalized invoices. Initiate the billing cycle with prebill reports, post and submit invoices to clients per contract terms, and handle collection efforts for past-due accounts. Perform monthly reviews of assigned projects, update budget changes, and complete project completion activities including backlog verification and WIP reporting. Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
