Job Summary
Manage project financial functions within the accounting database by setting up accurate project information, verifying rate schedules, and generating finalized invoices with required documentation. Post and submit invoices to clients according to contract terms while initiating billing cycles and distributing prebill reports. Collaborate with project managers to execute monthly reviews, perform collection efforts on past-due accounts, and manage budget changes to ensure compliance with company policies and project lifecycle accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- minimum of 3 years' experience in project billing
- experience in KPI reporting and dashboards
- understand Work in Progress (WIP) and KPI reporting and dashboards
- experience in the engineering industry
- valid employment eligibility (I-9)
- comply with our Fleet Management, Substance Policy, and Reference Check requirements
- valid driver's license
