Billing Specialist

Billing Specialist at Pro-Vac, primarily work-from-home with occasional in-office; responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customer billing, invoices, and billing reconciliations, reviewing contractual agreements, and ensuring timely, compliant billing. Process invoices within 24 hours of completion, maintain a detailed billing database, and communicate with customers to resolve outstanding issues. Maintain a 95% accuracy rate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Requires 2+ years of experience in construction and 2+ years of revenue billing; proficiency with accounting software and Excel; high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s preferred); certifications in financial management or billing are a plus.
