Job Summary
Lead follow-up of Managed Care/Commercial accounts by communicating clearly and efficiently by phone with health plans. Maintain productivity standards and reports while obtaining State collection guidelines if applicable. Review managed care contracts to ensure compliance with hospital billing requirements. This role supports Prime Healthcare's mission of serving millions of patients across 54 hospitals and 360+ outpatient locations.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of four years hospital managed care/commercial collector experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Knowledge of contract interpretation
- Familiar with hospital billing requirements
