Billing Specialist - Night Shift

Job Summary
Manage Project Maintenance, Project Invoicing, and Project Reporting for assigned workloads, including Fixed Price and Time & Materials invoicing. Set up projects, reforecast, and attach final invoice packages in Oracle while verifying contract statuses in CLS. Monitor invoice status reports, validate project setup issues weekly, and handle inter-project time transfers. Ensure correct revenue recognition and track work in progress and unbilled receivables. Interface with Cash Receipts and Accounts Payable departments to clarify project deviations and corrective actions. Requires a Bachelor's in Accountancy, five years of billing experience, and proficiency in Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- More than 5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results oriented
- Proactive and a committed team player
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
- Can work on flexible hours to meet changing work environment and to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient ability to detect errors and inconsistencies
- Has experience related to billing
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure in Shared Service or Multinational environment is an advantage
- Experience with ERP Systems is preferred
- Experience working with and managing contracts preferred
