Job Summary
Billing Specialist responsible for reviewing invoices and creating credit memos, assisting customers with billing questions, issuing credits for service/product removals and cancellations, researching credit card disputes, updating customer accounts, handling inquiries via phone and messages, supporting the billing system, processing payments and set-ups for invoicing, and collaborating with internal teams onsite at Nextiva Guadalajara to ensure accurate billing operations and timely resolution of issues. Requires strong customer service experience, advanced English, excellent Excel skills, basic accounting/bookkeeping background, and the ability to work with a team across time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in customer service roles and call center environment
- Advanced English (both written and oral)
- Exceptional Excel Skills and general computer literacy
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping background
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting with minimal supervision
- Flexibility and willingness to align with the working hours of a team based in the United States, specifically in the state of Arizona, as needed
