Job Summary
Billing integration lead for M&A integrations focusing on mapping legacy fee schedules, plan-level billing rules, revenue-share agreements, and ensuring compliant, accurate billing for retirement plans. Key duties include plan-level data reconciliation, system migration of billing data into NetSuite, standardizing fee structures, due diligence on contracts and service agreements, cross-functional collaboration with Accounting/AR/Client Services/M&A, identifying data discrepancies, and preparing AR aging and billing impact analyses for leadership. The role also includes training billing staff on new processes and providing ongoing collections/invoice support during peak periods.
