Process, monitor, and collect Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance claims while verifying billing data accuracy and revising errors. Import payments from all payor types, create financial reports, and resolve claims including appeals. Follow up on overdue accounts via phone calls, re-submissions, and adjustments for billing errors. Maintain patient confidentiality when working with personal information. This role supports home health and hospice organizations by facilitating cash flow so clinicians can focus on patient care.
