Billing Specialist – Healthcare / CCRC

Manage accurate and timely billing and collections across multiple levels of care and service lines, including Medicare Part A and B claims, managed care billing, and insurance processing. Enter and maintain member demographics using MatrixCare and other healthcare systems, then receive, post, and reconcile ancillary charges and incoming payments. Support monthly billing, cash receipt balancing, end-of-month processing, and the Triple Check process while analyzing Accounts Receivable to assist with collections and account resolution. Work closely with the Accounting Director to support daily accounting operations, maintain HIPAA confidentiality, and provide professional assistance to members. This primarily on-site role in Stone Mountain, GA supports a Life Plan Community of approximately 500 members across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and At Home services.
