Billing Specialist

Job Summary
Manage invoicing and billing for all service lines, including payment auditing, credit card pre-authorizations, waiver prep, issuing POs, and vendor invoices. Handle collections, request COIs and W9s, and maintain financial records for accounts receivable, banking, and accounts payable. Utilize QuickBooks Desktop, Excel, and Word to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures with high accuracy. Assist the accounting manager in daily tasks, ensuring complex data is communicated clearly and projects are prioritized to meet deadlines. Requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of QuickBooks experience, and proficiency with AI tools.
